LOVE AND MUSIC
Just like with movies, there are love songs for every type of love: romantic, family, friends, self-love, and love of others.
The great thing about music is that it works different for everyone. Some just enjoy listening to it, others get inspired or even moved to tears from either the melody, the lyrics or both. It can be calming for some and energizing for others. It can help release feelings of anger, sadness, confusion – on the surface and much deeper-seated emotions.
Many love songs are about romantic love, but there are also some whose message are about more than that. Different people will view each of these differently, depending on their current situation and experience.
Like always, there are many more examples, but here is a list of songs about love you may want to check out. Whether you've just fallen in love, have been with a partner for many years, have just broken up, are trying to move on, want to be reminded about family and friends, are grieving because of a loved one, want to learn about respecting and understanding others, or are on a journey of self-discovery, there is a song for (almost) every situation when it comes to love.
